Appointment Cancellation Policy:

Please note, we do request 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes in your appointment date or there will be a $200 cancellation fee. To best serve her clients, Dr. Cohen saves 2 hours for each individual patient's treatment. Close cancellations often leave this time unused. It is for this reason that we request 48 hours notice.
